Why is the delivery time so long?
So that we can offer custom tattoos at the fairest possible prices, we have to produce a large quantity of custom tattoos at once. This is why the delivery time of personalized tattoos is slightly longer than that of the pre-made tattoos in our store.
Will I get the same tattoo several times?
Yes, you will receive your design in the quantity you selected.
Why can't I order the personalized tattoo just once?
We couldn't produce single tattoos for a fair price because too much work happens in the background. Our enthusiastic customers test their design in several places, give it as a gift to friends or family or keep some for special moments & events. Of course, you can also order your personalized tattoo for larger groups.
Why was my personalized tattoo cancelled or removed from my order?
Unfortunately, we have to cancel or remove personalized tattoos from the order if...
- the requirements for the uploaded design are not met
- no motif has been uploaded
- the uploaded file is faulty
What can I upload and what is not possible?
All information about what is possible and what requirements your design must meet can be found under “Quick guide to custom tattoos” on the product page of your chosen tattoo size.
Is my image good enough?
We try to guarantee the minimum size of the image through the upload criteria. If your upload works, the quality of your image should be good enough.
Can I upload a photo?
Under certain circumstances, it is also possible to upload a photo. Please make sure that the image is sharp, clear lines are recognizable and the background of the design is bright and has a clear contrast to the design. See “Quick guide to custom tattoos” on the product page of your tattoo size.
Why is my upload not working?
Your upload is not working due to an incorrect file format or insufficient image quality. Valid formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG.
Do I have to upload my design mirror-inverted in the Customizer?
No. Please load your tattoo motifs into the Customizer as you want them to appear on the skin.
How big will my tattoo be?
- Tiny (3cm x 3cm)
- Small (4cm x 4cm)
- Tiny-Long (3cm x 7cm)
- Small-Long (5cm x 10cm)
I only have my design in color. What will the tattoo look like?
The background of your motif becomes transparent and the color is converted to black.
I don't have a cropped design, my design has a background. What will the tattoo look like?
The background of your design will be transparent, we will set the design free.
Is the tattoo black and white although my upload is in color?
Yes, all producible motifs are realized as black tattoos.
I see yellow drops in my product preview, what will the tattoo look like?
This is because the background of your upload is transparent. Your tattoo will only include your motif in black color (without yellow drops). The yellow drops are the design of our backing paper and not part of your tattoo.
